Do unborn babies have civil and life rights?

Now is the time for presidential candidates to stand up for the unborn baby’s American Christian civil right to life and to liberty.
WASHINGTON, Oct. 1, 2015 – What would happen if unborn babies were given American civil rights that had to be protected by the U.S. Constitution? What would happen if presidential candidates like Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee and others declared that each and every unborn baby’s right to life and personhood would be protected in their presidential administration?
This week, Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, came to Capitol Hill to testify and even defend the organization’s association with butchery and barbaric dissections of unborn babies that were seen on videos. She avoided declaring that the practices of these horrendous actions seen on the videos were wrong, but stated that the videos showcasing and describing these actions were unfairly edited.
