Bereaved Military Families have endured the ultimate sacrifice for our Nation and they have earned the right for a reasonable explanation about the facts and evidence surrounding their loved-one’s death.

“The mission of Military Families for Justice is to raise awareness and enact change in the U.S. Military Justice System through the passage of the Bill of Rights for Bereaved Military Families. We are nonpartisan and do not ask for, nor accept, monetary donations. Our purpose is to serve as an online resource center to provide educational links and materials enabling bereaved military families to empower themselves with the knowledge necessary to navigate the military justice system.”
There’s a new breed of American hero out there, they wear many hats in society, and stem from multiple backgrounds, you may not recognize them because they work silently yet, they are the voices of their fallen heroes, as they are the family members of our slain American heroes. That’s right, these heroes are the mothers and fathers, husbands and wives and in some cases siblings and children of the fallen American hero who was murdered and whose death they avenge because they know the narrative in which their loved one died is a lie.
These heroes are the forgotten members of society, the military’s worst nightmare, they are the orphaned families of America’s most valorous, and even in their absence, it is these families who continue to stand and honor our American flag and kneel for their God … for they pick up the mangled swords of their beloved fallen warriors and battle the fight of good vs evil for just cause and accountability. In the past, the murders and crimes of their loved ones have fallen on deaf ears for the lack of rule of law, yet “Military Families For Justice” brings the fight to the table in search of new laws protecting the very fiber of America who ensures our security both on and off the battlefield.
If you only imagine the pain and suffering they endure, the everyday struggles they face in search for answers.
“There is an increasing number of military families being put in the position of having to investigate their loved ones death. Amassing evidence that includes, witness statements, forensic/crime scene reconstruction and medical reports, these military families have no unbiased, independent forum in which to present evidence and challenge a flawed investigation.”
